Who’s that adorable tot? It’s none other than Jesse Spencer, aka ‘poor little rich boy’ Dr. Chase.

Jesse got his start in 1994 on the long-running Australian soap “Neighbors,” which also launched the career of Natalie Imbruglia. Those crazy Australians…coming in and taking away the jobs from American actors! Well, at least he’s cute.

    LOL I would NOT have recognized him from this photo!

    He was a busy lad in last night’s episode (aired November 22). It kind of surprised me that he slept with Cameron when she was high (on meth and who knows what else, was what I gathered).

    Well, maybe not - LOL
