Here are the teasers for the next four six episodes.
April 25th - House vs. God
A 15-year-old faith healer (Thomas Dekker) collapses after laying his hands on an old woman in a walker. An MRI finds a brain abnormality, but he doesn’t want it treated for fear that it might affect his healing capabilities. While in the hospital, the teen uses his power on a terminal patient (Tamara Braun) Wilson is treating. Elsewhere, Wilson moves out of House’s apartment, but he still wants in on House’s weekly poker games. Walter: William Katt.
May 2nd - Euphoria Part 1
Part 1 of two: An inner-city cop (Scott Michael Campbell) laughs as he corners a suspect, and even thinks it’s funny when the suspect shoots him. But the gunshot wound isn’t why he’s in danger. Meanwhile, Foreman takes an immediate dislike to the officer. In fact, when his condition deteriorates, Foreman starts laughing. Then the doc gets sick as well.
May 3rd - Euphoria Part 2
Conclusion. Now it’s Foreman’s turn to go blind and suffer agonizing pain from whatever it was that struck Off. Joe Luria, and a stumped House calls on his pet rat, Steve McQueen, to see what he can sniff out in Joe’s filthy apartment. Rodney Foreman: Charles S. Dutton.

There is no break. You have listed episodes #19, 20, 21 & 24. Missing are episodes #22 & 23.
May 9th - Episode #22 - Forever
House is not positive Foreman has fully recovered. The team treats a woman with a unique type of postpartum depression and interacts with Leona, a 16-year-old bi-racial Katrina victim.
May 16th - Episode #23 - Who’s Your Daddy?
The team treats the daughter of one of House’s friends. D.B. Sweeney will guest star as the father.

You’d think I could trust TV Guide :) They’ve added the May 9th episode, but the May 16th STILL isn’t listed.
