The Courier-Mail has an interview with Jennifer Morrison. She talks about the effort she’s had to put into the role in order to master the medical terminology. And throws some praise Laurie’s way as well.

Not only did the actress want the difficult phrases to roll off her tongue when the director called “action”, but she wanted to understand the complex medical conditions so her character would sound confident and passionate about her job.
