The Blooper Reel and Valley Girl Alternate could be fun. I can see Laurie giving in to his comic background and totally messing with everyone else. The documentary is probably a behind the scenes look at making the show. I always enjoy those.
No idea what “An Evening with House” and “It Could Be Lupus” are. Sounds like those and the Featurette are new material for the DVD.
Does anyone actually listen to the commentary overdubs? David Shore’s got a pretty good sense of humor, so they might be good, but too often they’re just not that interesting.
I suppose we’ll have to wait and see.

the valley girl stuff is between jennifer morrison and lisa edelstein. they started it i think this past season when they both started saying their lines in “chearleader” type voices to be funny. i saw this in an interview once. really funny stuff. really takes the seriousness out of a scene when those two women start talking medical jargon like dumb blondes. should be funny to see more of it. apparently they do it at least once during every episode shooting just to be funny.
