Robert Sean Leonard in Shakespeare DVD

Robert is a Shakespeare nut! PR Web has an announcement about a new DVD set, the Working Shakespeare Library ($599), aimed toward the aspiring actor and actress. The set features twenty American and British actors who came together for three days of intensive Shakespeare training workshops. The group, which included Samuel L. Jackson, Claire Danes, and House’s own Robert Sean Leonard, wasn’t there to teach, but to learn. The group was studying with the Royal Shakespeare Company’s legendary voice and speech teacher, Cicely Berry. This DVD set was produced from the class.
You might remember that Robert was in New York a couple months ago to celebrate the famous bard’s 442nd birthday, and he has already appeared in a couple Shakespearian movies, Much Ado About Nothing, and Dead Poets Society
. What other Shakespearian role would you like to see Robert tackle? I think he could do quite well in a tragedy. Perhaps King Lear? Let us know in the comments.
