I agree! Bring back the old docs!
BTW, whose picture is that on the slide that House is showing them? Can you tell?

Maybe it’s some doctor that House is trying to teach them about. It’s kind of hard to tell. It looks black and white so maybe it’s an old picture.

I think that’s Steve McQueen in that B&W picture.

How old are you guys? You’re kidding right?
It’s Buddy Ebson. Famous movie actor & song and dance man from the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s . . . In his later years he was the star of a show called Beverly Hillbillies . . . ring any bells?

I don’t understand why you printed comments from people before the new House season began. Also, the first episode was marvelous—with a major role for Cuddy and more air time for R.S. Leonard (Wilson), a really fine actor (he won a Tony for a Broadway performance). The producers made the obviously correct decision by deciding to de-emphasize the 3 doctors who assist House–their roles were getting stale and boring. I understand all three will continue to be part of he show–check the credits in which all the humiliated, and often shallow, actors who play Chase, Cameron and Foreman are listed. By the way, I wonder how many people see the connection between peter falk’s Columbo and H. Haurie’s House. Each does his “thing” and because each gets results their superiors put up with them. Wouldn’t we all like to be able to speak directly and honestly to our bosses. House is a brilliant show–very creative and often it highlights highly controversial topics such as abortion, pulling the plug and drug taking by House–pain harms a person’s thinking etc and relieving the pain makes a person better able to function in his job. Anyway, it’s a great show–you have to go back a long way to Maverick, Dobie Gillis, Soap, and, of course, The Honeymooners to find a show so compulsively watchable.

Those twins are so amazing! And gorgeous, you should bring them back. Think of the plot twists you could have with them, plotting one against the other, one involved with House, one involved with Wilson, what ever, it would be a blast. They are very lucisious. PLEASE BRING THEM BACK.

Wow - it is those sooo cute twins from Nip/Tuck - and wasn’t one of them in Cold Case - they are so cute and talented - hope to see more of them - they could do some great plot twists with them and House!!!!!!

My wife and sons watch a lot of television (sons are 19, 22, and 24). Like most inveterate series viewers, they are very reactionary in their responses to their favorite seriesses. They get in a groove about a t.v. show and any change in shows (topics or characters or plots) upsets them. Two of them really like House and like several other commentators in this string, they don’t like the loss of Chase, Cameron, and Foreman . Thinking or responding outside the box is almost impossible for them. The producers who made the change are right-on. We will still have Cameron, Chase, and Foreman, around for House to belittle, perhaps fall in love with (Cameron) and 3 new characters who will freshen a show than had grown stale with House solving medical mystery after medical mystery and also working week after week with the same characters–boring. I also hope we will see more of Cuddy and Wilson. The show has always suffered because there has been too much HOuse and his three helpers–they, not House, are pretty much ciphers. Gung Ho and Hurrah for The House changes. One last note: what’s with the Emmys–some average actor wins an emmy and the main character in The Sopranos or Hugh L. don’ win. The best actor on t.v. for he past 6 years has been the actor who plays Vic on The Sheild. Not even nominated;what a joke are these award shows.

Good idea bringing Kumar on the show. 13 is definitely a lucky number and those twins are a keeper.
