Interview With Kal Penn, aka #6 (or 9)

Kal Penn’s hometown news site, NorthJersey.com has just run this interview with Kal Penn. Here’s the important excerpt for tonight’s episode:

The character began as “No. 6” out of 40 fellowship candidates whom House assigned numbers for what he promised would be the longest job interview of their lives. House has since been whittling down the candidates, week by week, with the resolution expected to be revealed in tonight’s episode. (Although Fox would not confirm this, tvguide.com has reported that the newbies played by Penn, Olivia Wilde, and Peter Jacobson will be the winners.)

“It was hilarious. Everyone would offer their opinion and guesses on who’s going to be friends with whom, who’s going to get fired, who’s going to be a favorite,” Penn says. “And you really don’t know, ’cause the show is so unpredictable.”
