Of course, he loved her. I agree but his feelings changed completely because she was still around when House was already interested in Cuddy. (Remember Humpty Dumpty). Stacy wanted to know why House was curious about Cuddy and Wilson had to explain it to her :D In the other hand, Cameron IS SO OVER!!!!. Somebody told before "Sunk as the Titanic". And It is ha ha ;D However Huddies and Hameron will have their moments in the season finale I don’t think Stacy was “THE” love of his love. Of course, he loved her.
