Band From TV Appearance on Idol Gives Back
Last night, the Band From TV performed on American Idol Gives Back 2008. House is Right reader, Ceci sent me links to a couple of videos that you might enjoy. (Thanks, Ceci!) First is a clip from Entertainment Tonight that shows the band rehearsing for the show:

I have no information about why Hugh didn’t play with them, but will update you if I find anything out.

Call me naive but I don’t see the attack. It’s a known fact that many British and Irish actors have been working in the U.S. having successful careers. Now it’s Hugh Laurie’s turn to catch all the attention due to his wonderful performance as Gregory House but in time the show will end, Hugh will move to other projects and another actor will be the focus of all our attention . I’ve been a fan of his work way before House when he was practically a stranger to the US audience. That said, and considering I don’t know the context in which these words were said, people be careful and don’t start a war where there’s none.

Sad Hugh wasn’t there, but Jesse was yummy.
