Tomorrow night, the Asian Excellence Awards will be taped and among the nominees are House’s very own Kal Penn! He’s nominated for an award as Best Television Supporting Actor. Here’s the category:

I ran into Kal Penn at Denver Airport today. Being the star struck idiot that I am, I immediately asked him for a photo, not realizing that he seemed to be in a hurry and was actually on the phone! He politely declined when he finally realized I was trying to actually talk to him! But he looked me straight in the eye and said he really appreciated my interest in his work.
