Band From TV New Downloads!

Fabulous House fan, Martha Lee, just sent me the tip for some brand new songs you can download from the Band From TV. They did some soundchecks on July 14 & 15, 2007 and now they’re on the BFTV web site where you can purchase & download them. Remember, all the proceeds go to their charities.

I personally just downloaded them and I’m enjoying listening as I write this. Hugh Laurie even sings on a couple of the songs (Goodnight Irene and Will it Go Round in Circles) and plays a mean piano on the rest. These songs are truly great!

When she tipped me off about the downloads, Martha Lee also warned me that downloading them through the SnoCap application is a bit confusing. I used iTunes to download them and they worked great, but I had to go login to the SnoCap site to get them. Here’s how she had to do it:

I must also let tell you that downloading can be a tad confusing. When you purchase the songs you will need to go to the snocap account that purchasers set up and then the music can be saved directly to a computer file. The download manager is giving fits but the snocap site does give directions if you are having problems. The downloaded music gets lost in cyberspace hell. It has happened to me and all others that have attempted but when you go to your account you can access the songs you purchased and then just save them to a file.
