Hugh Laurie is Favorite TV Actor!

Of course, we all knew that, but I’m glad he got the award to prove it!!! Here’s the first photo I’ve found of Hugh Laurie accepting the People’s Choice Award for being our Favorite Male Actor for his role in House. I’m thrilled! He soooo deserves it!

I have lost a little respect for Hugh Laurie because of his comments about how Americans are choosing more wisely lately, a clear reference to the election of Mr. Obama. I can’t stand it when a European who makes millions of dollars here in the US feels the need to comment on our political system at an awards show.
Carol, we live in a free world and anyone can make a comment on how the american political system works, even at an award show. And you should not forget the fact that Hugh Laurie pays a lot of US -taxes, too. Specially someone who lives and works here has a right to say what he thinks. Have you ever heard of the freedom of speech? You know: First Amendment to the United States Constitution ???
