Huddy Among Top TV ‘Ships of 2009

Buddy TV also has a list of their Top TV ‘Ships of 2009. ['Ship = relationship] House pair House & Cuddy [Huddy] were among the TV couples that people love the most. Here’s what they say about them:
#9 House and Cuddy, House
This is a relationship with an established history, and viewers have jumped into their volleys of sarcasm and plots to outwit one another with a zeal and curiosity about where it all would lead. And while the fierce roller-coaster relationship between these two is undeniably frustrating, Cuddy’s steadfast belief in House and his angsty obsession with her bespeaks a love that goes bone deep. They finally slept together (though it was only in House’s delusional mind) and she responded to his psychotic breakdown by starting a fairly serious relationship with one of House’s only “friends.” But all of this makes the sexual tension that much more taut.

I’m sorry, but Chase and Cameron shouldn’t be on that list just like House and Cuddy shouldn’t be on it either. Never before have I seen a “ship” with less chemistry than Huddy. I used to enjoy their weird sort of friendship thing they had, but anything else – no, thanks. I also doubt that there actually are so many people enjoying it as it is now. Just read the comments everywhere, there are a bunch of fangirls who are obsessed by Huddy but most viewers don’t want to see that. And I don’t either. If I wanted stuff like that I’d watch Grey’s Anatomy. I hope this ship will die soon, sorry.
And let me add, why congrats to Hugh and Lisa when it’s House and Cuddy on the list? They are not in a relationship of any sort, some fans seem to have trouble keeping fiction and reality apart

and most huddy shippers are not satisfied and not happy with what’s happening with their pairing.
and in another note, huddy is just on the list because House is the most popular show…
I don’t know what to think of the direction the Huddy relationship is taking. I guess I’m leaning towards being glad it’s on the back burner, or at least hoping it’s on the back burner for now. I like the medical mysteries and the way ALL the characters interact with each other. I particularly thought the patient of the week in “Ignorance is Bliss” was EXCELLENT.
I was just re-watching season 3 and I had forgotten how much I liked how Cameron and Wilson were at odds with each other while House was dealing with Tritter. I guess I’m kind of glad that Huddy seems to be on the back burner for now.
On another note, I was glad to see a good clinic patient recently (I think it was in “Ignorance is Bliss” but not totally sure). It’s been awhile!!
Ew no. Just no. Maybe some lame, obsessed fangirls like Huddy, but the rest of the somewhat intelligent population of (possibly former) House viewers thinks it’s immature and boring.
