Fans of Prison Break will recognize Sarah Wayne Callies who has been cast to play a patient of the week later this spring on House.
According to Fancast, she’ll be guest-starring as a Princeton Plainsboro patient who happens to be in an open marriage. You can almost hear House’s naughty commentary already.
I can’t wait for the new episodes to resume airing…

WOW! This is big news for House fans! It seems that he’s going to start seriously dating his first ex-wife again! She’ll be played by Cynthia Watros and she’ll be in multiple episodes, beginning in April:

I’m really looking forward to seeing Foreman’s brother. We’ve seen his parents, so we have a bit of the back story on him, but this should fill in many of the missing pieces.

TV Guide has a great new interview with Michael Weston who plays Lucas on House. Lucas is the private investigator that Cuddy is dating at the moment. I love what he has to say about the “three-way” nature of the relationship on the show. His comments about how people feel about it is even cuter!

Just the other day I was re-watching an old episode of House, Locked In, where House gave the excuse that he had been on his motorcycle on his way to check out Foreman’s brother…the brother that was incarcerated. It made me wonder if we would ever see that story line on the show. Today we have that answer.

FOX released more photos from last week’s episode of House. I don’t get why they just released them after the show had already aired, except that they are very spoiler-y.
I love the ones of Hugh Laurie in the 1880s outfit for the “80s” party! How perfect that they would have House do that!

This should be a cool episode of House, since it’s the one where House, Wilson & (so we’ve been told) Cuddy all attend a medical convention. There have been rumors that Cuddy will take along the private detective as her guest. If the rumors have been correct, that should make for some great love triangle action.
Also, this is the episode where House executive producer Katie Jacobs‘ daughter plays the patient. It should be interesting to see her in the episode too.
