Ellen Degeneres is known for sending her unusual “correspondents” to red carpet events and Sunday’s Emmy Awards red carpet was no different. She sent a guy from her staff to cover the red carpet in a tux with short pants…I mean really short. But the funny part for House fans is that Jennifer Morrison stopped to talk to him and had a great sense of humor about the whole thing. Here’s how she “worked” the red carpet:

Today, Ellen viewers got a real treat. House’s own Olivia Wilde was a guest on the show and she revealed some very interesting things about herself.

For example, did you know that even though she is so thin, she has never lost an eating contest? In fact, she won one by eating 33 pancakes in 20 minutes. OMG!!! She’s a vegan, so the contests have to be non-animal products, but still…
How about this: did you know that she’s married to an actual Italian prince? She’s a real-life, bonafide princess. Who knew?

Here’s another recent interview Hugh Laurie did, only this one was on the Ellen Degeneres Show. She makes every guest appearance funny and she and Hugh always come up with amusing things to talk about. My favorite part of the clip is when she gives Hugh a very special personalized gift for his new California home.
