On Sunday, the House cast was at the Emmy Awards to support Hugh Laurie in his nomination for Best Actor in a Drama. And even though Hugh was somehow successful at avoiding the cameras, his cast was more than happy to talk about the show (thank goodness!)

Ellen Degeneres is known for sending her unusual “correspondents” to red carpet events and Sunday’s Emmy Awards red carpet was no different. She sent a guy from her staff to cover the red carpet in a tux with short pants…I mean really short. But the funny part for House fans is that Jennifer Morrison stopped to talk to him and had a great sense of humor about the whole thing. Here’s how she “worked” the red carpet:

I know you might wonder why this is especially interesting a month later, but I was taken by the loving look in Keisha’s eyes as she gazed at her husband. I am such a sucker for romance. They look like they must still be very much in love. I hope they are. How wonderful!
