House Beauties on the Red Carpet
January 18, 2010 by Lynn
I’ve saved the best photos for last. (Besides, there were tons of photos of the women at last night’s Golden Globe Awards.) Jennifer Morrison was there to help represent House and she even sat next to Hugh Laurie. I’m so glad they included her!!
Lisa Edelstein wore a beautiful silver dress, Olivia Wilde wore a metallic stunner and Jennifer wore a light, ruffly dress. I love all three of them!! And anyone who knows me is aware of my fascination with jewelry & accessories, so I’ve given you a few cropped shots of their accessories. I know I can’t be the …read more
More Photos of Hugh, Jesse & Peter at Golden Globes
January 18, 2010 by Lynn
As I said in the previous post, photos of the men who attended last night’s Golden Globe Awards are much harder to find. But I did find a few more photos of Hugh Laurie and one more of Jesse Spencer & Peter Jacobson. It was raining on the red carpet, so if you look closely, you can see the reaindrops on Hugh’s tuxedo.

Golden Globes 2010: The Men of House on the Red Carpet
January 18, 2010 by Lynn
We all know how much Hugh Laurie loves to be photographed on red carpets… (he hates it.)
And the photographers at last night’s Golden Globe Awards were much more interested in getting photos of all the ladies in their amazing dresses, so there are just a few good photos of the men from House on the red carpet. Here are the ones I can find. At least they got Jesse Spencer to smile this time!

Golden Globes 2010: Disappointing for House Fans

I’m sad to tell you that once again, Hugh Laurie and House were not named winners for their categories for Golden Globe Awards this year. Mad Men won in the Best TV Drama category and Michael C. Hall who plays Dexter won for Best Actor in a TV Drama.
As a person who does enjoy watching Dexter too, I can say that I’m happy to see Michael C. Hall looking well, in spite of the hat he wore to cover for the recent chemotherapy he underwent for his lymphoma.
At least Hugh has won this award twice and hasn’t been shut …read more

Thanks so much to House is Right reader Greg for the heads up on this item! Not only has Hugh Laurie been nominated fro a Golden Globe, but he was also nominated for the coveted Annie Award for his voice acting of the character Dr. Cockroach in Monsters vs. Aliens. Woo-hoo! This is his first nomination, in spite of the fact that he’s done a number of voice roles in the past. How cool!
Here are all the Annie Awards nominations in his category:

Even though Hugh Laurie won the Golden Globe for Best Actor in 2006 and 2007, he was not successful in bringing it home last night. Likewise, the show House also won in those two years only. I suppose it’s only fair to share….

Jesse Spencer Interview at Golden Globes
January 12, 2009 by Lynn
Hurray! I just found another interview with a House cast member at last night’s Golden Globes. This one is with Joey Fatone talking to Jesse Spencer. Joey completely bombs at trying to talk with an Aussie accent, and Jesse tells about when he tried to do an American accent on set. The other cast members laughed at him!

Three More House Golden Globe Interviews
January 12, 2009 by Lynn
Also, my contact at TV Guide sent me the heads up about these three red carpet interviews at last night’s Golden Globes. The first video is with Executive Producer Katie Jacobs and she gives us a few veiled spoilers! For one, she addresses the fact that Thirteen is such a polarizing force with the fans. She also hints that House and Cuddy may end up in bed together this season. And she also gives us a bit of a tease about the way the season may end and the fact that there may be a team member leaving the show.
